Personal experiences:

Xia Libin, male, born in November 1981 in Huaining, Anhui Province, Ph.D., associate professor, is currently the Secretary of the Party committee of theSchool ofEnergy andMechanicalEngineering of Jiangxi University ofScience and Technology. He is engaged in the management position and is mainly engaged in the teaching and scientific research of rare earth optical functional glass / ceramics.In teaching, he has undertaken theoretical courses such as "rare earth materials science and rare earth luminescent materials"; in scientific research, the main research direction is "design, preparation and performance analysis of high efficiency rare earth fluorescent glass / ceramic, preparation and crystallization behavior of low melting point transparent glass". In recent years, he has presided over and completed one provincial key teaching reform research project, guided students to complete one national innovation and entrepreneurship project and one Jiangxi innovation and entrepreneurship project, guided students to win the first prize of Jiangxi Province Science and technology innovation competition, the first prize of Guangdong Province innovation and entrepreneurship competition, and won excellent instructor; he presided over and completed three science and technology projects of Provincial Natural Science Foundation and provincial education department, andtwoschool-level scientific research projects.At present, he has 3 scientific and technological projects under the name of Mr. Xia, with a total funding of more than 200000 yuan; he has also published 10 academic papers in SCI and EI, including 5 papers from ClassIIor above.

1. Preparation and performance control of phosphor glass ceramics.

2. Structure design and performance optimization of red phosphor.

3. Preparation technology and structure of low melting point high transparent glass.
