Personal experiences：

Xue Jinchun, born in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, is a professor of safety engineering in School of Energy and Mechanical Engineering, Jiangxi University of Science of Technology.In July 1992, he graduated from Southern Institute of metallurgy(Jiangxi University of Science of Technology) with a bachelor's degree in mining engineering, a master's degree in mining engineering from Southern Institute of metallurgy in 2003, and a doctor's degree in safety technology and engineering from Central South University in 2012. Mainly engaged in rock dynamics, mine slope stability and mine ecological restoration. He presided over one National Natural Science Foundation Project "Research on sandstone damage mechanism under cyclic impact load and chemical corrosion" (51664016),and participated in two projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China; presided over the horizontal scientific research project of Jiangxi Copper Group Co., Ltd. "study on ecological restoration of sediment from acid wastewater in Dexing Copper Mine", with a contract amount of 750000 yuan;He has presided over the horizontal scientific research projects of Jiangwu Group Co., Ltd., Southern Environmental Protection Machinery Manufacturing Corporation and other enterprises with a contract amount of 600000 yuan; he has successively presided over 8 provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects; published 10 EI retrieval papers, authorized three national invention patents and two software copyrights; presided over and approved one second prize of Jiangxi Province's 13th batch of provincial excellent teaching achievement award.
