个人简介：

夏李斌，男，1981年11月出生，安徽怀宁人，博士，副教授，现任江西理工大学能源与机械工程学院院长，从事管理岗位的同时，主要致力于稀土光功能玻璃/陶瓷的教学和科研工作。教学上，承担了“稀土材料学、稀土发光材料”等理论课程；科研中，主要研究方向为“高效稀土荧光玻璃/陶瓷的设计、制备与性能分析，低熔点透明玻璃的制备与析晶行为研究”。近年来，主持完成省重点教学改革研究项目1项，指导学生完成国家级创新创业项目、江西省创新创业项目各1项，指导学生获江西省科技创新大赛一等奖、广东省创新创业大赛一等奖并获优秀指导老师；主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、参与2项，主持完成省自然科学基金、省教育厅科技项目4项、校级科研项目2项，在研省级项目2项，总在研经费46万元；第一作者发表SCI、EI收录学术论文15篇，其中SCI二区以上论文8篇。
